misleding customers over a "free trial"


On July 1, I ordered a "free trial" Endure Beauty System for which I had to pay only 1/2 of its shipping cost. Soon after I received the following email acknowledging the purchase:

"Endure Beauty System is on its way! Please review this email for your order details Order Received: 07/01/2014 06:21pm Order Number: XXXXX Billing Details XXXXX Shipping Details XXXXXX Your order will be shipped within 1 business day: Endure Beauty System Shipping Charge: $2.95 Regards, Client Support *If you have any questions about your order or do not receive your shipment within 4 business days, please contact our customer care department at 1-888-924-8947 or clientsupport@endurebeautysystem.com. Thank you for your order. "

As you can read there is no mention of the TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE".
As it turns out, the |free trail" was ONLY for the first 14 days, and the company plans to change me every month from now on (or until I cancel my credit card !!!!) for this product at a cost that it is not worth.

I JUST WANTED TO TRY IT OUT!
I did not intend to buy it for life at extra charge!

The reality is that I did not even try it out. The 3 products are unopened. So, I cannot say anything about the "quality" but since the company needs to use this misleading technique to secure sales, I have no expectations. When a product has a great quality and price, it will sell without misleading the customers.

I will deal with this issue.

I am having the same problem. I just opened my credit card bill and have almost $300.00 worth of cost and more product came today that I did not order. Now that I see others are also being ripped off I am even more enraged. I am surprised that such a well known company would rip people off like this and I don't understand how they can do this when there is no agreement for further products. It does say free trial, just pay shipping and handling. If anyone at all can help me with this by any information they may have found please contact me at tinks55@hotmail.com

I also had the same problem and was told there is nothing they can do I closed the account so now they won't even give me an address so I can send the products back to them. They are pretty clever because I looked up trying to find an address and I couldn't find one anywhere so I am stuck with there product and also with a loss of over $200.00 dollars but they don't care.

Yes, I had the exact same thing! I was shocked to see a charge of $168 Cdn put through my account when I thought I was just trying a "sample" product....the nerve!! It's so sneaky....I am furous!Didn't get anywhere when I finally got ahold of a Customer Service person (which I only found by going on-line and searching through various sites for them as the 800 number they gave on the order, no one answered....even more aggravating!)
